The gap between sourcing agents and captive IPOs
We exist to make India sourcing dependable — owning quality, compliance, and delivery, and giving both sides real-time visibility through MOS.
Why we exist
Sourcing was broken. We rebuilt it as execution.
European OEMs know India has world-class precision manufacturing at 30–50% lower landed cost. What they lacked was a partner who owned the outcome — quality, documentation, delivery — instead of coordinating chaos across ten vendors.
Indian Tier-2 and Tier-3 shops had the machines and the skill but faced sporadic orders, thin documentation culture, and no path to European buyers. They needed structured demand and compliance tooling, not another marketplace.
Infraglue occupies the gap: a manufacturing execution partner with a technology backbone. Not a trading company. Not a vendor directory. One entity accountable from RFQ to DAP delivery.

What we stand for
Principles that shape how we work
Execution over brokerage
We are accountable for quality, compliance, and delivery — not a sourcing agent forwarding vendor quotes.
Engineering-grade rigor
DFM review, tolerance analysis, and documentation built to what German procurement teams actually audit.
MOS as the operating system
Technology is not a brochure feature — it is how every vendor runs every job and every buyer sees every milestone.
Partnership on both sides
Headquartered in Hyderabad with European sales in Stuttgart. Buyers get one partner; shops get tools and qualified demand.
